Career paths at FlashBanc follow a clearly defined advancement plan.  The career path is comprised of four classifications Account Executive, Regional Sales Director, National Sales Director and Vice President.  As Account Executives progress through their merchant services careers, they will be expected to take on new challenges by taking more active roles in client engagements and mentoring others.
All new employees will be given the opportunity to make significant contributions from their first day of employment.  By working in the field as an Account Executive and Regional Sales Director, FlashBanc consultants are able to strengthen their skills and gain plenty of client engagement experience.  Such an approach allows for effective coaching and mentoring of every consultant at FlashBanc.

As consultants progress through their career, they will develop a core set of business and technical skills.  They will develop our intellectual capital, build on client relationships, and lead others.  These are important expectations by which all FlashBanc employees are evaluated for promotion to higher levels of the organization.

Account Executive

As an Account Executive with FlashBanc you will work with merchants to provide them with cost saving credit card processing solutions, gift card and loyalty programs, equipment, wireless processing services, check acceptance services and other payment solutions. You will gain a tremendous understanding of the industry, while you working directly with merchants on the phone and in the field.

Regional Sales Director

As a successful Account Executive builds their portfolio, they will begin to build a team of Account Executives that they lead and mentor. In addition to residual overrides, you will also get a bonus when each member of your team signs their tenth account In this capacity, you will provide leadership to your team while assisting with issues management and resolution.

National Sales Director

Our National Sales Directors manage between 20 and 40 account executives throughout the Nation. In addition to the duties of a Regional Sales Director, you will interface with our Customer Service team, create cost comparisons and proposals and interface directly with merchants to help your Account Executives close deals.

Vice President

Vice Presidents focus on new business development, client project delivery and management, recruitment and career development of our employees, as well as development of FlashBanc's national capabilities. You will lead a group of National Sales Directors while working on external relationships and partnerships.
