Career Path

Career paths at FlashBanc follow a clearly defined advancement plan. The career path is comprised of four classifications Account Executive, Regional Sales Director, National Sales Director and Vice President. As Account Executives progress through their merchant services careers, they will be expected to take on new challenges by taking more active roles in client engagements and mentoring others.
